Kovalam is one of the most beautiful beach town in Kerala, located at the shore of Arabian Sea. Three crescent shaped beaches separated by rocky headlands are the main attraction of Kovalam. The meaning of the Kovalam is a grove of coconut trees and as per the name this spectacular town along with the beaches are surrounded by coconut trees. Another amazing feature of this town are the Ayurveda centres cum resorts which can be found dotted around the beaches.

Itinerary

Day 1 Trivandrum-Kovalam(By Road-19 Kilometres)

Main Attractions:- Ayurveda Resort.

Upon arrival at Trivandrum airport, meet our representative, after welcome, you are going to get an assisted transfer into the Ayurveda Resort. Check in at the resort. After freshen up, you will get a consultation from the expert physician of Ayurveda. The rest of the day will be free at leisure. Overnight stay at resort.

Day 2 Kovalam

Main Attractions:- Yoga and Meditation session, Ayurveda rejuvenation massage.

After breakfast, proceed for Yoga and Meditation session. You are going to take an Ayurveda rejuvenation massage which will revive your mind, body and soul. The afternoon is free for leisure activities. Have a night stay at the resort.

Day 3 Kovalam

Main Attractions:- Trivandrum.

After having your breakfast the rest day is booked for a Meditation and Yoga sessions. In the afternoon, enjoy an Ayurveda massage to revive your body and mind. Post lunch, leave for a city tour of Trivandrum. After visiting the Trivandrum return back to Kovalam. Overnight stay at the resort.

Day 4 Kovalam

Main Attractions: - Thiruvallam backwaters.

Post breakfast, take an Ayurveda massage and relax yourself with yoga and meditation as well. Rest day is free at leisure. In the evening, enjoy a boat cruise on the Thiruvallam backwaters. On the way, cover a traditional Kerala home. Overnightstay at resort.

Day 5 Kovalam

Main Attractions:- Kalari.

After breakfast, take an Ayurvedic massage and relax yourself with yoga and meditation as well. Rest day is free at leisure.In the evening, you are going to visit Kalari. It is a popular traditional health and body care centre in Kerala. Stay overnight at the resort.

Day 6 Kovalam

Main Attractions:- KanyaKumari.

After breakfast, relax your body and mind while attending the Meditation and yoga session and then take an Ayurvedic massage.

Post lunch, proceed to visit Kanyakumari which is traditionally known as Cape Comorin. View the breath taking sunset here. Back to the resort in Kovalam for staying overnight.

Day 7 Kovalam

Main Attractions:- Beaches

After breakfast, relax your body and mind while attending the Meditation and yoga session and then take an Ayurvedic massage.

Later, enjoy fun activities at the beaches. Enjoy a leisurely walk on the sandy beach. Stay overnight at the resort.

Day 8 Kovalam-Trivandrum (Departure)(By Road-19 Kilometres)

On the last day, so get transferred to the Trivandrum airport to catch a flight for your onward destination.
