Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive Tiruchirappalli-Thanjavur(By Road-60 Kilometres)

Main Attractions:- Thanjavur.

Upon arrival at Tiruchirappalli International Airport, meet our representative, after welcome, proceed to the

Thanjavur, which is located at the distance of about 60 Kilometres from Thanjavur. It is the popular city of Tamil Nadu and an important centre of South Indian Art, culture and religion. It is the home of Tanjore paintings. Apart from this Great Living Chola Temples is one of the most popular temple of the region which come under UNESCO World Heritage Monuments.

On arrival in Thanjavur, check-in at the resort. Rest of the day is free at leisure, you can explore the surroundings on foot. Overnight stay at resort.

Day 2 Thanjavur

Main Attractions:- Brihadiswara Temple, Rock Fort Temple, Srirangam temple complex.

After havingbreakfast, proceed for sightseeing tour of Tanjore's spectacular temples. Visit Brihadiswara Temple, then proceed to Trichy that houses the famous Rock Fort Temple, also visit Srirangam temple complex, which is located on an island in the Cauvery River and Sri Ranganathaswami Temple.

After taking blessings of the temple, return back to your resort in Thanjavur. Overnight at resort.

Day 3 Thanjavur-Madurai(By Road-189 Kilometres)

Main Attractions:- The magnificent Meenakshi Temple.

After breakfast, proceed to Madurai,It is one of the oldest city of India, which is the third largest city of Tamil Nadu. The city is popular for its vibrant culture, tradition and rich history. The city has various historical monuments and temples, among them Meenakshi Amman Temple and Tirumalai Nayak Palace are most popular.

On arrival at Madurai, Check in at your pre booked hotel. After freshen up, visit the magnificent Meenakshi Temple and the other nearby temples. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4 Madurai-Kodaikanal(By Road-120 Kilometres)

Main Attractions:- Local market.

Post breakfast, leave for Kodaikanal by road. It is the stunning hill station in Tamil Nadu, which often called as the ‘Princess of Hill Stations’ of south India. Transfer to hotel upon arrival, check in to your pre-booked hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure. You can explore the stunning surroundings at your own, you can also visit the local market. Stay overnight.

Day 5 Kodaikanal

Main Attraction:- Kodaikanal Lake, Cocker's Walk, Bear Shola Falls, Golf Links, Pillar Rocks, Silver Cascade Falls and Green Valley View.

After breakfast proceed for the sightseeing tour of Kodaikana, enjoy the boating at Kodaikanal Lake, after boating, visit some other attractions such as Cocker's Walk, Bear Shola Falls, Golf Links, Pillar Rocks, Silver Cascade Falls and Green Valley View,. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 6 Kodaikanal-Munnar-(By Road-160 Kilometres)

Main Attractions:- Munnar.

After an early breakfast, drive to Munnar, it is one of the most picturesque hill station in the Idukki district of Kerala which offers the stunning view of the tea plantations and Cardamom hills.

On reaching, check in at the hotel. Rest day is free at leisure, you may take leisure walk around the breath-taking surroundings of the town. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 7 Munnar

Main Attractions:- Eravikulam National Park, Mattupetty Dam and the Dairy Farm.

Post breakfast, proceed to visit to Eravikulam National Park. A former hunting preserve of British planters this park today exemplifies wildlife conservation at its best. The main draw here is the Nilgiri Tahr, a highly endangered species of wild goat which was all put poached to extinction in 1950, before an NGO stepped in and ensured the habitat was delayered a sanctuary. The sanctuary is located at the height of about 7000 feet, will offers the stunning views of the surroundings.

Later visit the Mattupetty Dam and the Dairy Farm. Rest of the day is free. Overnight at Munnar.

Day 8 Munnar-Cochin(By Road-150 Kilometres)

Main Attractions:- The Kathakali dance performance.

After having an early breakfast, get transferred to Cochin by road. Kochi is one of the most important city of Kerala, situated on the south-west coast. Cochin is also called the Gateway to Kerala.

On arrival at your pre-booked hotel. Check in to the hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure. In the evening, enjoy the Kathakali dance performance (Optional). Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 9 Cochin

Main Attractions:- Jewish Synagogue, Dutch Palace, St. Francis' Church and the fragrant spice markets, Chinese fishing nets.

Post breakfast, proceed to visit the major tourist attractions of the city including the Jewish Synagogue, Dutch Palace, St. Francis' Church and the fragrant spice markets. Later in the day, a harbour cruise takes you on a visit to the nearby islands and the Chinese fishing nets. Return back to the hotel after visiting the city. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 10 Cochin-Mararikulam(By Road-41 Kilometres)

Main Attractions:- Mararikulam.

After having an early breakfast, proceed to Mararikulam, it is a beach village in Alappuzha district. It is one of the most popular destination, which is renowned for beautiful beach, known as Marari Beach.

Enjoy private houseboat cruising on the Kerala backwaters at this spot. Enjoy the surrounding scenic beauty of lush greenery. Stay overnight at your hotel.

Day 11 Marariculam

Main Attractions:- Surfing, parasailing, wind surfing.

Have your breakfast at the hotel, rest day is free at leisure. Explore the stunning surroundings of the place, you can enjoy in surfing, parasailing, wind surfing etc. If you want then you can simply relax by the beach, or just take a leisurely walk. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 12 Marariculam

On the last day of the tour. After having an early breakfast, leave Mararikulam and drive to Cochin Airport or railway station to board a flight or train for your onward destination.
