Kochi also known as Cochin, is a major port city on the south west coast of India by the Arabian Sea. Often known as gateway of Kerala and is part of the district of Ernakulam in the state of Kerala. Kochi is the second largest city on the western coast of India (after Mumbai), with a total metropolitan population of 2.1 million. This beautiful city was occupied by the Dutch and the British, with the Kingdom of Cochin becoming a princely state. It was the center of Indian spice trade for many centuries, and was known to the Yavanas (Greeks and Romans) as well as Syrians, Jews, Chinese and Arabs since ancient times. It was the European colonies and was the main seat of Portuguese India until 1530.

Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival in Cochin (Kochi)
Main Attractions:- Kochi.
Upon arrive in Cochin, meet with our local representative, after welcome, and check in to the hotel. Explore the major market area where you can shop for excusive quality of nuts, spices. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 Cochin Sightseeing
Main Attractions:- Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, Dutch Palace, Chinese nets and Kathakali dance performance.
After having breakfast, proceed for the city tour visit some of the most tourist attractions of Cochin. Visit Jewish Synagogue which was constructed in 1568. Then visit St. Francis Church which was constructed in 1503. This church was built on the place where Vasco da Gama (the explorer) was buried, it is the oldest European cathedral in India.
Later visit the Dutch Palace, it is also known as Mattancherry Palace. . In 1557 the church of the palace was constructed by Portuguese, later it was passed to the Dutch during the pre-British period. A temple is also located in the courtyard. The major highlights of the palace is on the murals walls of the rooms of palace. Also explore the Chinese nets too. In the evening, enjoy the Kathakali dance performance. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3 Kochi (departure)
On the last day of the tour. After breakfast, and check out from the hotel/resort later you will proceed to onward your destination and movement keeping memories on lifetime.
