Day 1 Coimbatore-Palakkad(By Road-57 Kilometres)
Main Attractions:- Palakkad Fort, Malampuzha Garden, Jain temple.
Upon your arrival in Coimbatore, meet our representative, after welcome, you get assisted transfer to Palakkad, by road. This quiet town is the district headquarter of Palakkad district, which is the gateway of Kerala and Tamil Nadu. It is also known as the rice bowl of Kerala. A natural depression in the Western Ghats, the famous Palghat Gap makes Palakkad perennially windy. The town is blessed with various medium and small rivers, which are confluents of the Bharathapuzha River.
On reaching Palakkad, you check-in to your pre booked hotel. Take rest for a while. Post lunch, proceed for sightseeing to Palakkad’s major attractions such as Palakkad Fort, The granite fort built in 1776 by Hyder Ali of Mysore, now called Tipu’s fort, dominates the town. Apart from this you will also visit other sights as well such as Malampuzha Garden, Jain temple etc. By late evening, you come back to the hotel and stay overnight.
Day 2 Palakkad-Athirapally(By Road-115 Kilometres)
Main Attractions: -Athirapally Waterfalls, Vazhachal Forest Gardens, Charpa Falls and Thumpurmuzhi Gardens.
After breakfast, proceed to Athirapally which is renowned as the land of forests, rivers and gorgeous waterfalls.
On reaching at Athirapally, check into the hotel. After freshen up, embark on sightseeing tour in and around Athirapally including Athirapally Waterfalls, Vazhachal Forest Gardens, Charpa Falls and Thumpurmuzhi Gardensetc. After visiting these places, return back to the hotel. Stay overnight in Athirapally.
Day 3 Athirapally-Alleppey(By Road-115 Kilometres)
Main Attractions:- kettuvalloms (houseboats).
After the breakfast, proceed to Alleppey by traditional houseboat, which will cruise in the famous Backwaters of Kerala.Alleppey is also known as Alappuzha. It is one of the oldest planned city of the Kerala, located about 75 kilometres away from Kochi and about 155 kilometres from Trivandrum. It is one of the popular tourist destination of India. It is famous for backwaters. There are at least six navigable canals in the town. In the east they open to the backwater connecting the city to the mesh of backwater trials, which are abuzz with reinvented kettuvalloms (houseboats).
Enjoy the breath-taking surroundings on the way toAlleppey. Have your dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4 Alleppey-Kovalam(By Road-160 Kilometres)
Main Attractions:- Hawah Beach, Lighthouse Beach and Samudra Beach, Ayurvedic massage.
On reaching Alleppey and after breakfast, proceed to Kovalam .The city of Kovalam is Kerala’s most popular tourist attraction. This beach town is located on the shores of Arabian Sea in Thiruvananthapuram city.
On arrival, check in at the resort. Overnight stay at a resort. After freshen up, you have the choice to explore the beautiful beaches the town such as Hawa Beach, Lighthouse Beach and Samudra Beach, apart from this you may also enjoy the water sports activity such as kayaking, skiing swimming, you may also take relaxing Ayurvedic massage as well. Overnight Stay in Kovalam.
Day 5 Kovalam-Trivandrum-Kovalam(By Road-19 kilometres)
Main Attractions:- Science and Technology Museum, Veli Tourist village, Shankumugham Beach, Museum Complex, PadmanabhaSwamy Temple and Aakulam boat club.
After breakfast, proceed to the execution of Trivandrum, visit some major attractions such as Science and Technology Museum, Veli Tourist village, Shangmugham Beach, Museum Complex, PadmanabhaSwamy Temple and Aakulam boat club. Spend the night in the hotel at Kovalam.
Day 6 Kovalam-Trivandrum(By Road-19 kilometres)
On the last day of the tour, after breakfast and check out from the hotel, get transferred to the Trivandrum airport to board a flight for your onward journey.
